QM System and Accreditation

 

Our Quality Management

We know the potential impact of every diagnosis and test on our participants' customers. To ensure the associated high-quality requirements for our proficiency tests and constantly optimize our quality management, we also participate in an independent body's continuous monitoring of our processes.
 

Accreditation

Our quality management system and our proficiency tests are accredited by DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043 and ensure that our procedures meet the highest international standards.

Our DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and DIN EN ISO 15195 accredited calibration laboratory determines reference method values. Over 20 procedures are listed with the Joint Committee for Traceability in Laboratory Medicine (JCTLM).

We value the satisfaction of our customers and business partners and are open to any feedback (such as complaints, objections, comments, or praise). Your feedback is essential for us to continuously improve our processes and services.

We will carefully examine your request and provide you with feedback within 3-7 days.
