Our Quality Management
We know the potential impact of every diagnosis and test on our participants' customers. To ensure the associated high-quality requirements for our proficiency tests and constantly optimize our quality management, we also participate in an independent body's continuous monitoring of our processes.
(Flexible) Accreditation to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043
Our quality management system and the proficiency testing programs we offer are accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043, ensuring that our procedures meet the highest international standards.
INSTAND e.V. is accredited for its proficiency testing programs (ring tests) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17043 with a flexible scope of accreditation (see also FAQs).
To ensure complete transparency at all times, INSTAND e.V. additionally publishes, in accordance with EA-2/15, a current and comprehensive list of all EQA schemes offered within the flexible scope of accreditation.

Accreditation to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and DIN EN ISO 15195
Reference method values are determined by our calibration laboratory, which is accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and DIN EN ISO 15195 and has over 20 procedures listed with the Joint Committee for Traceability in Laboratory Medicine (JCTLM).
