Immunophenotyping - Cellular Immunodeficiency Diagnostic (651)

Analysis based on the case description for T-, NK-, and B-cell subpopulations, as well as monocytes and granulocytes, including naive, memory, effector, and activated T cells, TH1/2, TH17, and regulatory cells, with the markers CD11a, CD18, HLA-DR, TCR alpha/beta, TCR gamma/delta, CD45RA/CD45RO, CCR7, and CD31.

Possible B-cell subpopulations: transitional, naive, non-switched, switched, IgM-only, IgA+, IgG+, CD21low/CD38low, and plasmablasts.

NK subpopulations based on expression of: CD94, Nkp30, Nkp44, Nkp46, CD56 bright, cytolytic NK, NK-like

Monocytes: classical/non-classical monocytes

Granulocytes: expression of CD11a, CD18 on granulocytes

TCR Vß typing

Only individual markers or subsets of these markers may also be used.
