Sample Transport Information

If you would like to use our calibration service, please note the following information on sample transport from you as the client to our calibration laboratory:

• The shipment must be organised according to the hazard potential of the sample material, e.g. according to UN3373 Biological Substances Category B. If you have any questions about this, we will be happy to advise you.
• Attention: The calibration laboratory must reject biological substances of category A.
• Ensure that the storage conditions can be maintained during transport, e.g. that the insulating packaging and the amount of coolant are appropriate for the duration of the transport.
• Please discuss the delivery date as precisely as possible with the calibration laboratory and inform the laboratory of all necessary specifications for handling your samples.
