"Laboratory Medicine Accompanies Life" is the motto of the 17th Annual Meeting of the German Society for Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, which, together with the DVTA, will be the 4th Symposium on Biomedical Analysis at the usual venue in Mannheim on October 13 and 14, 2022, after the Annual Meeting originally planned for 2020 had to be canceled due to the Corona pandemic. Based on past years' experiences, this annual meeting will be held for the first time as a hybrid event to enable as many interested parties as possible to participate.
