2021 was an exciting year at INSTAND. The constant new challenges caused by COVID-19 and our mission to serve you consistently according to our high standards made it essential to adapt and expand our EQA scheme offers.
At the beginning of June, we relaunched our website. The streamlined structure and functional design ensure a better orientation on our site. All content on the website is now available in three languages: German, English, and Italian. We introduced the INSTAND Academy this year, our new training platform. Also new is a quick overview of all INSTAND events.
Our participants are essential to us. Therefore, this year, we made it a priority to expand our communication channels to keep you better informed.
- You can now follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- On our new YouTube channel, we already published the first videos about the individual functions of RV-Online in German and English. We are constantly expanding the INSTAND Support Center, and more videos will follow.
- Starting in the 4th quarter of 2021, we will publish the INSTAND Newsletter four times per year at the beginning of each quarter to inform you promptly about all INSTAND activities.
INSTAND is constantly expanding into new markets. We currently offer our EQA schemes in more than 80 countries and work closely with a network of more than 25 distributors to support you locally. Newly added this year are our distributors in Greece and Bulgaria.
